MEDITATION TEACHER

Simone is a British meditation teacher and mindfulness coach based in Los Angeles. She has been a practitioner for 12+ years and teaches weekly sessions and workshops for leaders and creatives at companies and Networks such as the BBC, Endemol, CBS, NBC, and Activision.

Prior to teaching meditation, Simone was a TV producer for nearly 20 years on top-rated shows such as Masterchef (Fox), Fastest Car (Netflix), and Comic Relief (BBC).

Simone first turned to meditation to help with work-related anxiety and it turned her life around. After seeing improvements in her wellbeing, inner strength, and happiness, she now loves to combine all of her training and personal experience to help others thrive in the workplace and beyond.

Simone brings a wealth of experience, kindness, and humor to her workplace trainings and workshops making meditation accessible and digestible for all levels.
